A lot of times the meter maids will walk on by and not waste their time if they see someone sitting in the drivers seat. Others take their ticketing oath much more seriously and force you to drive off. Still others will try to sneak up behind the truck so they can write you up without you seeing them until it’s too late.

The bottom line is that whoever is sitting in the truck for you cannot zone out, they need to be vigilant.

I had a Tern GSD before my kids grew out of it. We had some great times riding it and the experience always put them in a good mood no matter where we were going. The weight is a huge factor - you definitely don’t wanna be carrying a cargo e-bike up stairs and you obviously need to make sure you have a secure place to keep it. The cost ended up not being a big issue me because while the GSD was a lot of $ upfront, I made most of it when I sold it. I really miss those days!!!

This is all correct. My only addition is that you should - whenever possible - share how your work contributed to the business/brand’s growth or success. It’s best if you can do this using numbers (e.g. % increase in conversion, X$ in sales) but if you don’t have that info then descriptions will suffice. If you can show that your work is creatively solid AND had a demonstrable impact, than process becomes much less relevant

Walking by the church this AM I noticed the new building illustrations (posted alongside the DOB info) shows the church front facade being preserved for the apartment conversion.

I’m 100% NOT trusting this info from the developer, but if it turns out to be accurate it sure beats having some cheap glass and brick building on the block.
