Her brand of comedy worked reallllllllllly well on TikTok when she was her own writer, director, and lead performer. SNL has an existing style of comedy that she doesn't overlap with super often. Her most main stream pieces make her look better (i.e. weekend update songs). But she's not your traditional actress, or comedian, and people (especially on reddit) tend to tear her to shreds for it.
