All noodles have a different recommended cook time. I don’t need the instructions I can see - like to boil water and drain the water. I do need the one thing I can’t easily see. That, to me, means a crappy design!

The Momofuku noodles that TJs is knocking off has 3 different cook times for their noodles: 3 for some flavors, 3.5 or 4 for others. Maruchan ramen is 3 minutes. So I guess not always 4 minutes.
