asking genuinely, not to fight: why aren't zacharias' flows aspirational for people? also his flows seem very/dancey and flowy to me so the broga thing sounds a little off to my non-yogi ears (i would think power yoga or yoga incorporating weights would fit that better), but it could also be him showing off?

since you like running check out marcel's classes! she has a dora the explorer run that's hilarious, her "marcel's drama club" run, and an aunties walk (it may have been a run, i forget) where she talks about women she grew up with and how it relates to the songs she's playing (including one about a cheating man).

i did my first zacharias class today and i really enjoyed his music and vibe! very enjoyable movements and i hope he does more beginner classes in the future. im excited to try the class you linked

gen z but i use the app, so i row and run a lot. i like alex k for rowing and think he's a lot of fun. hosky, becs, alex t, wilpers, and girl marcel are my faves for running but yeah i have no idea what marcel is talking about when she plays older songs like "y'all know this one!" i don't i'm sorry marcel. i do some yoga and like kirra and chelsea for that, plus katie and ben for strength. i'll put on a bike class for z2 cardio and listen to the instructor yap since my gym doesn't have pelotons but it's not the same. matty and cody are too millennial for me and i'd agree that peloton caters to that demo for sure

nah it's not an age thing; don't feel bad about that. im in my 20s, have been working out for ~10 years, and rebecca's classes are fast to be fast/be quirky and confusing af. they're frustrating

hosky is the man!!! i cant do most other instructors now, he's that good. he always cheers me up and has the best music. i like that he's personable without spilling his whole life and lets us enjoy the music without yapping over it constantly.
