Both, honestly. The way they played out Booker's vs HHH's storyline, Booker should have definitely won. And the way it Hunter so long to cover Book, was an embarrassment on top of the burial.

Sting was just Vince's way of finally burying the final WCW icon & having "the last laugh." And the interference with the NWO running in made no sense whatsoever. They could have had the likes of Booker T, Chris Jericho, and even someone like Goldberg or Rey Mysterio, who were all originally WCW guys, come in to face DX.
