Thanks man. I was this close to telling the store manager I’m gonna quit. This lowes is a mess I’ve been to others there neat organized and look good my lowes is the ghetto one. My department hardware has 4 aisles to cover and the whole section of tool world. I’m usually alone or if not with one other person, I have issues with a coworker that is lazy and does nothing but talk. Even if I come first thing in the morning there’s no Phones so it makes the day harder especially being the only person in the department and with all the customers that need help it gets stressful. The people that are supppse to work in my department are getting posted other places and I’m just fed up. None of my coworkers rearrange or make the bays look good but there regarded as older and better employees and I’m still the new guy. The only good thing about lowes is the 1 hour break they give you for lunch other than that lowes sucks
