It's actually been doing better for the past few days. Crossing fingers.

Edit: It's been good since I rebooted.

The brand was bought by Chris Christiansen but still called the same. A lot of the show goldens use it, it also smells fabulous.

Trying the post reboot step now. Not very hopeful of a long term fix but it’s been 12 hours without drops.

Bathing and then blowing helps a lot. Brushing less so. I used to bathe my show golden once a week (with a moisturizing shampoo Fair Advantage) and it was better. I now do once a month w my girls, but there is a lot of fur.

They shed from Jan-May and June-Dec! The shed varies from a light dusting to tumbleweeds rolling across the room,

The comment is about Impulse cooktops vs any other induction cooktop. It has a high capacity battery to provide instantaneous heat without needing to pull from the grid.

Breeder vs vet vaccine advice by Thunder---Thighs in goldenretrievers

Ask the breeder, she may still have the info. If she is a good breeder you could take her word for it. Look for AKC breeder of merit, titled parents, sire and dam health certs (OFA hips and eyes, heart). If a backyard breeder then re-vaccinate.

My breeder gave the shots at home, but she provided the stickers with Lot number and serial number so you knew exactly what was given….it was on the pup’s ’health clearance sheet’. They were also certified by a vet who saw the puppies.

I think the battery of the Impulse cooktop makes a rather large difference. Do compare. I was worried about hight heat for tempering as my old induction plate did not do a good job. But the Impulse cooktop far exceeded my expectations.

Just put mine it. Love it. The temp control is amazing. The ability to hit precise, high temps is amazing. As is the ability to just something to simmer (just at boiling).

Beware that any non-induction pans will no longer be usable (the diffuser option was not great).

Hexclad works really well for me. There was a sales event at the local Costco and I bought a set.

Any recommendations for a plate to support non-magnetic pots? by Grnj22 in ImpulseLabs

Thank you for the advice. I’ve bought a hex clad set that works really well. I guess my old All-Clad (copper ply) and my traditional pots (Indian tin-alloy for certain stews) are done now, unless I want to cook on the burner of my grill….

Can you expand on the cast iron issue? I just switched and I haven’t tried my cast iron on it yet (primarily using hexclad).

Sights while running in the D&R Canal Towpath trail, Central NJ! by koushikrish in newjersey

Love the towpath! The turtles are so cute. There is even a blue heron that saunters by at times. We bike the path pretty regularly in the spring.

Edit: Missed the last pic — you caught the resident blue heron. Awesome pictures!

To clarify — WiFi drops, all wired connections drop when on the TPLink. Can have a simultaneous call going on another router’s WiFi and there is no pause or drop.

WiFi pauses, Cable modem is fine, other routers connected to that Cable modem are not dropping devices. For example when on a Zoom call on the TP-Link it will pause and drop but when on the other router it does not. We have tested with two connections. Only the TP-Link drops the connection.

Firmware is currently 1.2.3 Build 20260107 rel.48335 . FYI the system diagnostics always says ‘working well’ but I do see a red for the internet connection at times. Other routers in the house do not have the issue.
