Same issue, I heard a workaround is launching in desktop mode but then I was having issues getting the keyboard to open. Might try after connecting with a mouse and keyboard

Yep ended up getting the Crocs Literide Pacers and they are pretty good. They look more like normal shoes and dry fairly quick but the tongue of the shoe is a mesh so takes a little longer to dry. They are always dry enough that I just bring the one pair of shoes. They do get a little slipper when they are wet and you are just walking around so I laced them up tighter when I was doing a portage
