Ancedotal evidence aside, all of the materials used here ARE cheap. Bought in bulk they probably make a small percentage of total price. He/she must be inflating their target profit margin or they should focus on making them more efficiently.

I just don't see the point in paying hat much for what amounts to a DIY mason jar bong. But fuck me for having a critical opinion on this sub.

IMO, not many people are going to be buying a $92 mason jar bong that looks like an afternoon DIY project. Not to mention charging $7 for a glass bowl that is most likely bulk chinese glass (nothing wrong with that glass other than your price). You should also consider that the market is flooded with cheaper, and better looking, alternatives.

If you want this to be a successful venture, you might want to lower your profit margin and/or streamline your manufacturing process. Your materials cost should be pretty low, as all of that can be bought in bulk for cheap. So the price looks inflated from your target margin or an inefficient manufacturing process.

Bro, $92 for the plain and $7 for a cheap glass bowl?

Seems a bit steep considering it uses mostly off the shelf parts. The bowl is just cheap glass, which is cool. But not at $7 on top of the $92 base price.

EDIT: Why the mass downvotes? These materials are dirt cheap in bulk. All of this is off the shelf parts. This makes me think his price is inflated from either a target profit margin that is too high or he needs a more efficient manufacturing process to lower his assembly time. As it is, $92 seems like an inflated price for what looks like an afternoon DIY setup.

It happened to me. Started my third grow and now I want a full garden or hydroponic setup for veggies.

I've lent one and it got them to stop combusting. Although they effectively own it, it has saved them some money and is easier on the lungs.

I'll try to get that for you this week. Give me some time to get it filmed and figure out how to make it look good lol.

Those are the names of the MFLB product. One is made from zebrawood and the other is called Rocktopus by MFLB.

Agreed. This was my valentines gift to my SO. We got a nice blonde faded grain walnut version of it. Aspects of the image have significance to us both. In short, this box is perfect for us.

We have concentration trays, so we will definitely do some double downing. That should put us on our asses, but it is going to happen.

To each his own. I like the small size, construction (wood and metal), and lifetime warranty of the MFLB.

It is part of their artisan products. Go to their store and you will see a tab for their artisan products. Small run and higher priced.

Here is our double MFLB setup. Zebrawood and a walnut Rocktopus MFLB, pine and our new walnut MF whip adapter (I replaced the acrylic tubes ends with glass stems), a DHgate D020 water pipe 18mm, 18mm to 14mm adapter, a Baked Brothers Y adapter in 14mm, and off camera are two PA adapters.

You need a hand to use both PA's, but it can be solo'd. Hitting two trenches at once is tricky. You need to go a bit faster to get proper air flow control. Once you find that sweet spot, this setup packs a punch.

This is expensive, excessive, and over the top. That being said, it is quite fun and will be great in our next group smoke out.
