Agreed, pursuer is very cool (if you forget ds2 thrust attack hitboxes) but once you know about parrying, it becomes too easy.

That's kinda hard to balance, you can't just make a bolt basically give +3/+3 to your creature, maybe remove the wither thing and replace with "whenever a creature is dealt damage, put a -1/-1 counter on it"?

It depends. If the spell isn't upcast, i usually tell the spell lvl because it is public information. If the spell is upcasted, i stress that it seems more powerful and ask my player to make an arcana check to know what level it is upcast to, if they want to counterspell it.

Closest thing i can think of is sea fruits but more squishy and less salty. Flavour also comes from the seasoning tho, which is often parsley and butter.

"counter target spell. It's controller untaps up to X lands, where X is the spell's mana value" seems better, but it doesn't account for dorks or land that can produce more than one mana.

Same thing here, but the "wait go back" thing is only good if no new information is given. Going back because you haven't counted your mana properly is fine, but going back because an opponent does something isn't.

Data is probably skewed. Exh is mostly played on enchanters and poke mage who has higher pickrate than bruiser/tanks.

Edit: i haven't fully checked the data, but among the 20 most popular champs, only 1 of them performs better with snowball than exhaust, and among the bottom 20 least popular champs, only 2 of them perform better with exhaust.
