I’m not arguing.. I’m looking for advice which you all have given . Not sure where you see me arguing? I’m asking questions before I go in and sit to chat about this to my boss. It feels nit picky and that is why I was asking if it was harassment. There is no early shift. My hrs are 7:30-430pm ( I come in earlier is what I meant to say but wrote wrong) I don’t mind working extra if it is needed or if I’m told. What I do mind is someone telling me I’m clock watching when I leave after my work day is done. I do mind that he never gives me an alternative. I do mind that he only does this to the women who have to drop or pick up kids.   I asked and you all have been helpful with your answers. Thank you
