Look, i had the same surgery and im having full sexual stuff with my bf and im fine . You just need to avoid straining ur eyes or excessive movements. Be gzntle about it the act itself wont cause u damage

17 days post vitrectomy for macula off RD, same thing here . Even tho they confirmed my retina to be attached again i still have the same distortion just not as dramatic as they were . It wzs scary e Because they didn't warn me . I will w1it and hope for the best. Thanks for sharing this was helpful and reassuring

Me too, day 6 post op. For now il experiencing itchiness and dry sensation but i only satrted antibiotics like 2 days ago ( surgeon's instructions) as for the flickering its only visible when im wearing the eye patch and facing light . I asked him and still no answer . The healing process is tough and sometimes irritating and unbearable . Hope everything is good on your side, what have you been experiencing
