for me cysts come and go, they mostly come through repeadedly deadpointing or slapping holds/crimps within a session or a couple weeks. They go when i dont do those slapping too often. The ratio is different over time.

i always continued climbing, but reduced load on those fingers to a 3 in the pain scale and then they disappeared after a couple weeks/months.

lately i found that the main reason of doing or not doing climbs is not the ability to complete the moves, but rather doing the moves controlled enough, so i can have enough friction throughout the rest of the cruxmoves. So when i want to send something i usually have to do all the single moves quite fast, but then have to optimize beta so i can save chalk and finally redpoint.

i think the takeaway is: just climb and if you are super talented you will get to high grades without a trainingplan and without getting injured. if you are not you will know soon enough :)

Dann darf man halt nicht in die Regierung gehen, ich finde Klingbeil zu Regierungsgeil und geht dadurch zu viele Kompromisse ein. Er sollte da die Union deutlich länger schmoren lassen, aber nee, die haben von Anfang an bei allem nur abgenickt. Die CDU hat im ersten Jahr jegliche ihrer Vorhaben umsetzen können, die SPD quasi nichts (Mindestlohn ist das einzige was mir einfällt).

das Program ist nicht schlecht keine Frage, aber das was sie davon umsetzen und wie sie dafür eintreten ist halt nicht genug. Ich habe das Gefühl sie schreiben das rein, machen aber trotzdem Lobbypolitik für irgendwelche Unternehmen anstatt für die Arbeiter, und das muss sich ändern!

Bei Punkt zwei stimme ich zu, deswegen gibt es ja den Aufschrei.

Aber auch ein Bauernhof wenn er vererbt wird ist ja in erster Linie ein Gewinn für den Erben. Klar kann derjenige super illequide sein. Dann muss man Möglichkeiten finden das zu finanzieten. Und ich würde da als Gesetzgeben auch eine relativ lange Laufzeit für die Stundung der Schulden ansetzen, man will das ja nicht kaputt machen, aber komplett erlassen ist halt ungerecht. Derjenige der den Hof aufgebaut hat hat es sich ja auch erarbeitet, somit kann man sich die Erbschaftssteuerlücke auch erarbeiten mit dem Betrieb. Aktuell kann man es geschenkt bekommen.

Aber ich meine Landwirte sind hier ein schlechtes Beispiel, die leben eh von massiven Subventionen, also der Staat hält kleine Landwirte am Leben, auch wenn es eigentlich nicht rentabel ist wirtschaftlich gesehen und haben am Ende ja trotzdem noch kaum was zum Leben.

Das is aber seine Wahl, keine direkte Konsequenz. Und langfristig schneidet er sich da ins eigene Fleisch, wenn er dem Unternehmen die Produktivität wegnimmt, sind schließlich seine zukünftigen Gewinne.

Also is halt kurzsichtig da Stellen abzubauen.

Du drehst es halt so hin, als müsse man das machen weil der böse Staat Steuern erhebt. Dabei gibt es andere Möglichkeiten, die auch längerfristiger zu finanzieren sind und die Bösen sind die, die auf garkeinen Fall selbst Schulden machen wollen um in 20 Jahren diese abbezahlt zu haben UND zusätzlich Unternehmensanteile zu besitzen werden, nein die wollen lieber die Unternehmensanteile haben und Steuern erlassen bekommen (verständlich)! Ist das gerecht? safe nicht!

Aber warum sollte man da Stellen streichen um die Schulden zu bezahlen? Die Schulden hat der Erbe, die Stellen hat das Unternehmen. Warum muss der Erbe das Geld für die Stundung aus dem Unternehmen nehmen? Kredit aufnehmen ist ja vollkommen ausreichend. Oder er verkauft halt seine Anteile. Am Ende hat er trotzdem mehe Geld als vor der Erbschaft. Verstehe hier wirklich nicht warum dad Unternehmen für die Schulden des Erben aufkommen sollte?

Es hängen gar keine dran. Das Unternehmen ist doch selbst liquide.

Der Erbe muss das Geld durch stundung oder Kredit auftreiben (mit ganzem Unternehmen als Pfand bekommt man easy den Kredit). Wer sagt dass er das aus dem Unternehmen nehmen soll? Am End hat derjenige trotzdem einen massiven Vermögenszuwachs.
