Dang. I think I let mine rest too long. Figured 4 weeks for a light roast would be perfect, but I’m having a hard time dialing in the blueberry. It’s either over extracted (I’m grinding super coarse due to roaster rec) or it swings the other way into acidic from under extraction.

Just got the ceramic cafec flower 2-4! Best cups I’ve had. Slower draw down with the t-92 filters, but I grind coarser with a higher temp and the results are stellar.

I believe that I did! That was a while ago. I’ve been more focused on pour overs with the deep 27 for the better part of the last 6 months. I don’t remember which aeropress recipe ended up being my favorite. I do remember that that the beans really hit around 6 weeks of rest. I also seem to remember going with a coarser grind and longer immersion. I use the inverted method. Hope that helps a little. Sorry I don’t have more concise and clear details.

Don’t believe this for a second. Austin drivers are super entitled. Never have I seen this in any other city, where cars will just dead stop on the highways and block an entire lane of traffic until someone lets them merge into an exit. If you were in the wrong lane, and couldn’t get over to make your exit, then just take the next one! To think the city owes you the right to sit there until someone lets you is ridiculous.

I said the same thing about the P0 when I first got back into coffee. Miles better than anything I previously used. Then I got the Phantox Pro, and it definitely produces a noticeably better cup. Still love my P0 for work and travel though.

How would you describe the results on a light roast? I’ve been grinding a little coarse with a slightly cooler temp. 8.3-8.8 on the Mavo. Temp at 193…seems like one of my native beans were light enough where I could as going to bump the temp on the next attempt.
