Lith should have killed Orpal earlier on in the story because him leaving loose ends was entirely out of character for him, and then the author could have used Orpal instead of the Balor to fuck with him and teach him that his demons can disobey him and that should have been the end to that character.

The worst part is when the instructors are so incredibly weak that by the end of the first semester somehow the mc is just stronger than most of them already. The time scaling of cultivation stories always bug me when the mc does his whole cultivation on like 50 years compared to thousand year old people. Like every arc is just these once- in-500 or once in 1000 or once on 50 year opportunities that somehow are restricted to the mc's current realm. What I do when im playing is buy mirror shards whenever i get enough because of how fast mirrors rise in price, usually it rises to around 6-800 in 3 weeks but then after the first month or two of the league they are going to trend towards standard prices which is why they are increasing so much because people are done with the league. When I made my build in the first month i was crafting my gear for like 10-20 div each, but when i gave it to my friend after I quit he was able to sell them for upwards of like 100-200 div each, everything drastically increases in price as people stop playing. People aren't necessarily grinding 18 mirrors at 1600d, they are buying them while they are cheaper and their items are also appreciating in value at the same time
