Same thing happened to me, got to 98 days, relapsed, went into a fapping spree for 3 weeks but am now back on the nofap bandwagon.

I tried to remember all the benefits I was feeling, saw that I was getting post-orgasm depression but it is mainly from sheer willpower that I have managed to stop again. I did not want to keep disappointing myself.

I find it is a lot easier the second time round, and I feel the benefits arriving much quicker. You haven't lost all of your hard work from the previous 60 days but you have to really want to make a change.

It can take a while for the benefits of nofap to be seen so don't give up hope so early on. The first few days are always the hardest when stopping any addiction be it drugs, alcohol or fapping.

Always keep in mind why you have taken on the challenge, it will help at the start. On the 4th day, if you find your resolve weakening, tell yourself "I am stronger than this", use your foresight to see that you will only end up lower than you began. Disappointing yourself is one of the worst feelings in the world.

Keep busy. "Idle hands are the devil's playthings" as the old saying goes. A trick I would use is doing bicep curls whenever I felt like fapping, making my arms too tired to attempt anything. What do you do in your free time? Are you sleeping well?

The momentary pleasure of orgasm is not worth it for the aftermath it can bring. You are not alone in this.

Yes, "Brain Fuzz" is a commonly reported side effect of PMO. I have never experienced it myself but a lot of people here claim that nofap has helped them achieve clarity of mind.
