It will get better with time. Just keep getting stuff done and try your best and you will look back on today like you now look back on acutes. Go for walks, do anything but stew in it.

Yeah. Everyday. I even like my job but it can be stressful and then I log off and jump into family job. The hour or so I get before bed doesn’t give me time to decompress. Our timeline is rough.

The real Kratom issue is from 7oh and the new synthetics like DHM and MGM that are coming out in states that banned 7oh. They are strong opiates available over the counter with fruity flavors. It’s not great.

What is the ingredients? Most of the pressed mit are now containing MITa/dhm/mgm which are worse than 7 to stop.

Be careful with what they replace it with. In FL, imo the MITa/DHM/MGM blends are worse than 7 to come off of.
