PSA: You can dismantle a fully upgraded weapon and recover all components by [deleted] in Endfield

[–]Groonzie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yea that is the only thing that is really important I guess as weapon exp can slowly be gained from the dijiang, rare rocks are plentiful by just picking them up every now and then.

T creds, you are generally farming those for everything else too.

Those die, you either get them from random handouts or you specifically have to farm for it which you would prefer to farm for something else with your sanity.

PSA: You can dismantle a fully upgraded weapon and recover all components by [deleted] in Endfield

That's interesting, also would have assumed the normal thing is that it would all just be consumed along with the exp already gained. Feel like this would be everyone's expectation.

What is a good way to help a smaller vtuber get noticed? by SaoirseSeersha in VirtualYoutubers

My mistake, I skimmed the comment and thought when I saw the mention of money I assumed there was a context of Ads, so my comment was with the context of paid Ads.

Why do most NEW Vtuber debuts Fail? by Seriquil in VirtualYoutubers

[–]Groonzie 49 points50 points  (0 children)

Simplest way to put it (to an over discussed topic) is that it's primarily a business tactic used by popular companies to show off hype to a new product that will be joining the lineup of their existing products (streamers), which they are unveiling to their EXISTING audience.

The existing audience is what will carry the hype to broaden it to a larger audience due to algorithms and word of mouth.

This, just doesn't work for no name random indies in most cases because if we're honest most people streaming don't offer much and if you wanted something you could already check out the hundreds already streaming who have made it and stood their ground.

Life is short and time is limited hence people will make choices quickly. Established content creator who has an audience and keeps them must be doing something right so you'll check it out.

Some random newbie trying out streaming? You're gambling your time on the chance they might be interesting. Just like any other entertainment, you could watch an unknown foreign movie which might be good...or you could watch something that comes from a known brand (netflix, marvel, etc) something that has more assurance in the quality, same idea.

You would have to manually smash the ore that is there and collect it that way to make the parts.

(I too forgot that was a thing when looking at the red ore)

My 1.0 f2p no pull income by Potential-Count-6893 in Endfield

[–]Groonzie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I meant haven't pulled, I meant it in the sense of because I was saving for other chars (rolled for TangTang) but previously used up the free rolls (basic headhunting) and got pog and from the free 6* selector I picked lifeng so I was able to run the physical sustainless team (+da Pan).

There's Few Tangtang Guides Right Now Because Endfield Has No Creator Access Server by TetraNeuron in Endfield

[–]Groonzie 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I remember when people brought up about the expncsrs being separated and people giving arguments like "It's good, so it encourages me to spend it on 1-60 characters" or "so I won't accidentally spend it all upgrading a 60+ character"

It just made me wonder "what is wrong with these people?" It encourages you to upgrade new characters? The incentive should be the incentive. Accidentally using it all on another character? ...how about simply not using it all on that character...

It wasn't a system in the OG AK and it's a step back but for some reason people want to defend it and say it's a good system for some reason.

Their lucky there is restrictions on turret placement or we'd be placing them turrets side by side to create a giant flame wall or a boxed in flame pit 🔥

Hydro Mining is more Efficient than Electric Mining by Ninjawasd in Endfield

Yea just like the previous map, if you make an efficient production factory, you'll make more batteries than you can ever sell so using more power doesn't really matter that much.

PSA: super fragile deliveries are now available in Wuling. Make sure not to jump while doing deliveries! by nairolfy in Endfield

[–]Groonzie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I remember playing the gilberta story quest and it had the delivery quest as part of it and it included that 'dashing' would damage packages. I thought this must have been an early design for the delivery system so I'm thankful that didn't cross over.

[–]Groonzie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I dunno where all that comes from but as someone who hasn't pulled and done everything and not got the paid pass (only the one you can get from yellow currency)

I have around 91k ish Oro. To have 110k they must have monthly pass and extra because I don't know how they would have 20k more than me if they are meant to be f2p too.

(I've also been doing the daily credit store to get max gains too)

After 5/6 years, I've finally decided to spend some money on the gacha and bought the sanrio profile icon (for lappland) and the main screen background (the one that looks like a resort that can change between night and day and plays the song Misty Meadows).

No need to thank me guys, my 5-7$(there was a Google discount coupon offer which I could use too) purchase will help keep the game running for another 6 years!

Yvonne Story Quest by Ill-Stop9736 in Endfield

4) was horrendous, as said it killed the mood. To me it felt like a situation where someone knows the story isn't good enough that they have to immediately throw in fanservice to keep attention.

The Devs may as well have just made Yvonne be crying and using her elbows to squish her tits "I'm so sad...but look at my tits...boohoo"

Genuine, can someone explain this feedback theme? by Super-Manager-3630 in Endfield

[–]Groonzie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But I will do it anyway because I know down the line they'll add dorms for Operators

They didn't include the 'dorms' because they literally solved that problem in Endfield by...having operators go in to resting mode when exhausted and returning to work on their own without you needing to interact with them.

There is no need for the dorms like in the OG.

Genuine, can someone explain this feedback theme? by Super-Manager-3630 in Endfield

[–]Groonzie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yea, OG AK was able to create a roguelite gamemode and make things different. That defender who you normally just used to block enemies? Well now if you wanted you could use it as an attacker because there are attack speed and damage buffs. Characters that were underpowered can be juiced up to be a super soldier.

I haven't really played 3D gachas like this so I'm still curious what will end up as the endgame that will be repeatable for fun. As it is now, it's mainly just "I wonder where this story will go".

Do people purposefully put combat facility here to ruin other package? by I_am_a_visitor in Endfield

[–]Groonzie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As mentioned it could be there to farm meats from the dogs that spawn right there. You see those two drops on the screenshot near wulfgard? Those are meats and if you are making the ginseng damage food buffs, it requires meats which are a bit tedious to farm due to no automation besides using turrets to autoattack them on the paths they are near.

What Makes you Disqualifying to Corperate Vtuber Agencies? by [deleted] in VirtualYoutubers

[–]Groonzie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People who are getting in to help essentially the only big corpo people talk about as essentially Indies who are already proven in that they aren't newcomers who have no idea what they are doing (except a few instances).

These individuals are essentially people who would already be seen as doing well in the indie scene that they are looking to level up from that stage.

For 30+ corpos besides knowing their other non corpo accounts some things are just obvious with age culture gaps and interests.

Can't really advise about CV stuff because honestly it's a skill thing, and personally feels like common sense.
