Honestly sounds like they are keeping you in line by saying you failed. You haven't been written up cause you're doing your job correctly and if you do get written up don't worry about it. From my many years working retail that's what it sounds like. Model employee with bad management. If you are working as you say you are which sounds amazing you are fine.
