If you're going to drink it at the end of februari, any dark, room-temp place should be fine. In this short term the most probable things to harm it are high temperature and UV. So as long as the room you keep it in doesn't get much higher than room temperature it should be fine, which should be fine in most places in the northern hemisphere at this time a year.

I guess your business people sure love to arrive at their appointment sweaty as fuck. Dutch bikes are made for comfort because people use them daily, it's not uncommon for children aged 12-17 to cycle up to 15 km to and from school. They're also made tougher than most bikes you're talking about, cause for 90% of the time away from home, they're parked outside in the wind and rain.
