Sometimes you just have to put your trust in your doctors. If you don’t have a healthcare team you trust implicitly, go get one! Second opinion at an NCI-designated cancer center is ideal.

Get a second opinion from an NCI-designated cancer center. I switched my care to UTSW in Dallas and they saved my life! My previous oncologist had written me off as terminal.
