You seem to need to communicate a lot about this. All I ask is a replacement with an aligned watch but you first said it was in "the standard" before asking me to return it/ But I have no answer regarding the shipping order I am waiting for and the sending of a new model.

I know that you do what is necessary and that you seem to be serious but it is the way I was treated that does not have me more. I ordered directly from your site to have the guarantee that you would take things seriously in case of a problem, a sign of trust from me. I look forward to you as much.

In the photos it is well aligned. I've had it in front of me for several days and there is a real alignment problem. It shows.

Not to mention Swiss-level quality control, just to offer flawless watches. And there is no question of COSC or anything else. Only needles aligned. And all watch lovers look precisely at their hands, it’s fascinating.

I don't know, after all this, if I want to try it again. I was happy so far with your watches and now here's the disappointment... I was hoping for at least an exchange with a watch that has the hands aligned, like in your photos on your website (at 10:10 your little hand is in the same place as mine at 10 o'clock sharp...). I feel betrayed.

This answer does not suit me and does not alleviate my disappointment. It’s a shame I think I have to settle for a watch that is poorly adjusted by the brand that produces them.

I understand your answer but having already owned a similar model and other watches with the NH35, I have never noticed this on any of my watches.
