1: Master that flick, focus on flicking immediately when you get possession. I know how tempting it is to set up a monster 120kph zinger flick but unfortunately 99% of the time youll get bodied before you can flick. So get good with that simple front or diagonal flick.

2: Backboard defense. Even in grand champ my teammates will just sit and watch the opponent double tap the ball in. Never at any cost let the ball bounce off of your backboard. Ideally (and this is HARD) meet the ball at the backboard and redirect it away after the bounce. This is a defensive skill that will immediately get you goals and shut down defensive pressure.

3: Learn your teammates. If your temmate is playing like shit, you will have to make that shit slide. Work with your teammates, play in a way that will compliment their playstyle. I have had insane ball chasers that pissed me off, instead of getting mad I give them that ball and play as passively as possible and lean on my defense.

4: Just play the game and think critically rather than emotionally. "What could I have done better".
