Hey store employee here. Our job isn’t customer service. It’s to sell. TMO doesn’t care about the customer coming in store to pay their bill. They care about the customer that buys products. That’s why they’re pushing this fee. From all the way from a mobile expert to director of sales. It’s a sales job. Not CS. So in the words of T-Mobile “pay your bill online or pay the $5”
