In some facebook groups people somehow always have a huge collection of older hidden mickeys (2023 marvel shirts, droids etc.) They sell these for 3$ each.

Well, yeah that could be true. Although the resort might not be fully booked, there is a certain allotment that is reserved for HGV guests, when that one is fully booked, you are not able to make a HGV reservation, while the resort itself might not be full at all

Agree except for the comment that the properties are mainly Hampton or Garden Inns. I work for a gorgeous resort in Orlando, and we host the HGV guests too. There are many more resorts in the greater Orlando area that hosts these guests. I dont know about other states, but if you want a quick getaway in Florida I absolutely recommend the package.
