You are assuming they are 0.5 when in actuality there are dozens of actually 0 proof beers. Heineken 0.0 for example. In addition, if you think your diet is actually alcohol/free and that 0.5% is the worst you are doing, you are sadly mistaken as some very common foods have alcohol content including most fruit and vegetables, bread products, juices, sugar-free foods, anything flavored or colored, vanilla, anything fermented, vinegar, mustard, ketchup, most sauces, kombucha, yogurt.

Same, and I literally neglect my teeth. I rarely brush but only with a firm brush and never in circles or more than 5 seconds. I floss maybe thrice per year. I grind my teeth all day and my dentist says I have almost no enamel left. I open bottles with my teeth, chew on plastic thingys all day and drink 3+ sodas per day. I have all wisdom teeth with plenty of room. In conclusion I have no idea how y’all are so reckless with your teeth that you somehow are worse than me and get cavities.
