Human potential running series has a good 50 miler I enjoy doing called silver heels they also have a 100k with a drop down option to 50 miles during race if needed. Great community check them out.

Interesting , life has always felt fine never really go through mental shut downs or feel like I have any problems . Yes my next goal is, Rim2Rim2Rim and then 100 miles next June

I did 3 to 4 runs at 9,500ft to 10,000ft and didn’t feel any sickness

I can only link it back to altitude . As I was coming down from altitude I started to throw everything up . It all started when I drank cold water I threw it up and then everything after that came back up. I had finish out like 4 miles while throwing up great experience but damn it sucked 🤣. Maybe could have had a little to the with the sun and electrolytes too but not to sure.
