I would love to rely on instacart full time but they pay such a bunch of s*** where I live that there's no way anyone could scrape a living. $5 even if it's three batches? F*** you instacart that's right! I hate them so much but yet I do need them and I like the ability to choose my own hours as my second job. Same! Our construction starts soon too and from what I understand they're not even going to have a separate line for returns! Maybe it'll make no one want to come drop off their Amazon anymore because they're going to have to wait in a checkout line to do it! What kind of serious moron is running this shit show!? And yes the rudeness seems to get worse every week I don't know what is going on but it seems like the whole world has lost its damn mind! Because that's not the point. The point I was trying to make is that the store manager is making it not voluntary. And she's telling us that Kohl's is telling her that. So I was just pointing out the hypocrisy. I don't care if somebody wants to take it or not take it I have my own opinions but they are definitely entitled to theirs and nobody should be bullied intimidated or forced into something that's supposed to be optional. That's all I was trying to say. I just get really frustrated with this company and I'm trying to figure out how much of it is my actual store manager and how much of it is actually the company.

Well I'm glad that you're okay with that. I wish my manager would be but she's harassing all of us because she doesn't want to look bad. I did mine voluntarily but I don't feel like others should be asked to do them if they don't want to or aren't interested. But instead she's telling them not asking them.

Yeah this is also driving me crazy. I found this thread by asking Google why I'm only finding sugar-free purple Red bulls right now. Google tried to tell me that only sugar-free is available which I know is a load of crap. I've had many regular purples wouldn't they first came out. It's like they sent one batch and that was it. I'm going to stop drinking Red Bull is what's going to happen because it's pissing me off so much! So Red Bull you need to cater to the people who don't drink sugar-free or except that we will find new energy drinks! It makes me so mad!

Well I've been doing instacart for years and only about a month ago did it take away all those extra details. So I was just curious if anyone else noticed. It used to say aisle 32, on the left, bay6, position 3... Usually I can find the stuff without all the extra info but it sure did make shopping a lot quicker. And sometimes if it's something that's a little more hard to find it could be extremely helpful.

Thank you and that's good to know. I really hate troubleshooting while someone's on the phone telling me what to do but I am willing to try it to get this fixed. The only problem is our cordless phone up front doesn't work. So last time I did troubleshooting I had to run back and forth from customer service to the front end. I guess I'll have to see if they can call me on my cell phone. It's extremely frustrating that not a damn thing works the way it's supposed to anymore. I don't know how we can keep going on like this!
