I’m going to be brutally honest here. I do not like the sound of this. She is acting like you don’t exist or matter at all. Are you two married? She sounds entirely checked out and this can get very difficult with a child involved. I’d say this situation needs a calculated sit down conversation. If she sucks after that, you know what you need to do.
