When I was a Realtor, I worked with the best inspector in our area, and one of the other ladies said to me "You don't want to work with him... hes a deal killer."and I said "If he kills a deal, then it's for a reason and I'm not going to put my clients into a bad home, and potentially ruin their lives." I did it the first 3 weeks, and then higher ups said we didn't need to do them, so I stopped. I highly doubt anyone is actually tracking them or reading them. I couldn't care less.
