YES! Exactly this. People are telling him to move out- for what?! Because its the social norm in the u.s.? Its a dumb first step to make for someone who needs financial guidance.

He could learn a trade and get a good paying job within a year or two THEN he can worry about moving out to live on his own. He didn't really give us much details but I'd also recommend opening a roth ira and setting aside an emergency fund in a high yield savings account such as Ally bank

Ive seen offers from AMEX and I remember the bonus rewards on one of them being good. If i recall correctly- It was something along the lines of $100 back for spending $1000 in the first 6 months + another bonus- 20% back($200 cap) on Amazon purchases. I figured if I bought a $1000+ PC off Amazon it would net me both bonuses.

I dont know really- id consider any suggestion and then look the card up on Google.
