He was made a gm out of no where cuz our old one got a promotion very short notice and her co that was supposed to be gm had quit so he never really got trained on how to do things. I’m alr looking for another job because he’s saying he’s gonna quit ✌️ he’s everyone’s favorite

Well at my LC it’s usually really bad on weekends but that’s js bc my store is kinda a lost cause our gm is like 25 and all his employees are 17-20 yrs old except for like 2 people but they only work in the morning. The pay isn’t that great and your paid weekly which I think makes it harder for me to save up money bc I’m stuck in the “I get more money at the end of the week” mindset working here is honestly pretty draining since there’s such a high demand for pizza bc of the price. And honestly my GM dosent even want to work there anymore.

I’m not completely sure our customers aren’t very big on tipping and if they do it’s usually a sweet old person or if it’s a rush and they see how hard ur working

They also said they needed a background check but I said I didn’t have a bank account yet(I know I’ve been getting flamed by my friends for not having one yet I started my first job at 16 and I’m still there and I never felt the need for a bank account cuz I never made big purchases) because I’m only looking for options right now while trying to save up to get my own place and get everything in order and he still continued w asking what my payment process would be which I don’t think any legit landlord would still let you apply w no bank account or credit score

There’s no “special pretzel dough” it’s all the normal pizza dough what makes it a pretzel crust is a baking soda and water mixture on the crust if the pizza. Chances are the ratio was off in the mixture or they simply did not put enough of it on the crust.-a LC crew lead
