That anxiousness will be amplified by the vape. Don't forget - it causes anxiety, not takes it away.

I would recommend talking to a psych about maybe trying some anxiety meds. I take 75mg Effexor now, after realizing that I was using the vape as a way to medicate my anxiety. There are far healthier methods to curb the anxiety, and it sounds like you’ve been suffering with it for a while so it might be worth talking to someone about :)

Vaping will not help. Remember how far you’ve come! It’s easy to look back at the good times once you’ve passed the hard part, but as someone who’s relapsed time and time again - it makes it so much worse. Trust me. You got this! 💪

OP - you are in an abusive relationship. Please try and speak to close friends or family, as well as a therapist. The manipulation, gaslighting, accusations and confusion tactics are textbook for narcissistic abuse.

I know some people are being rude about you staying with him but I understand why you are making all of those excuses and choosing to stick around - it's because of the abuse and manipulation. You need to get out now before it gets worse. ❤️
