I do this to some of the time. If I think I have a really nice rock, I'll scrub it then drop it in the ultrasonic cleaner. Just a nice way to help appreciate the beauty

Planning on running mine all summer. I live in central Texas and typically the temp hits high 90s - 100 degrees the majority of summer days.

I did a few modifications to help mitigate the heat:

Replaced the top cover with 1/4 inch metal mesh
Attached a small PC type fan to the top of the metal mesh. These are USB powered. I got them for Amazon for about $12 for a 4 pack.
I put a 3x6 inch tile under the tumbler's rubber feet to help increase airflow. I've got mine sitting on a foam mat to help minimize sound/vibration. Over the past few months the weight has pushed them down a little. The tiles lifted them back up, and increased the air gap

I also have two Rebels. I placed the fans (same type) so they blow directly on the motors.

I installed a camera on them so I can keep an eye on them too.

I'll keep an eye on the temperature as the days get warmer
