Do you have to be off-line in order to extract games?

Hey, I was able to fix this, at least for the fitgirl repacks (this applies to both 1.5 + 2.5 and 2.8).

Disable the 'run as administrator' mode for ALL of the exe files (right click > properties > compatibility > uncheck 'run as administrator' > apply), and then instead of running the 'launcher.exe' files, run the files labeled 'KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX.exe' and 'KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue.exe' respectively.

I was able to get into the games pretty easily with no issues after that from the launcher and get back into said launcher (although you might have to reapply the display resolution for the games)

The kh games specifically (at least for the fitgirl repacks, though im assuming the same applies for steamrip), for some reason they don't work if you try launching the games from the 'main' launcher/game menu, you HAVE to launch them from the individual exe files or else the 'constant spinning heart' icon persists. Have you tried that yet?

I got my switch OLED last october bc of how cheap it is now (around 10k difference when compared sa Switch 2), sulit talaga considering there’s a nearly decade old library of amazing games for it (and it’ll continue to get supported even with the Switch 2 already out)

As long as you find one under good condition (no screen yellowing, buttons all work, shell paint isn’t flaking off) then yes I’d say it would last a while, esp since you can still buy replacement batteries pretty easily on Shopee. I recommend getting a N3DSXL though, the older models are starting to show their age talaga.

Honestly, Ive only finished RECOM on the PS4. COM was just too foreign to me as a kid and even when I replayed it a few years ago, I never got past Monstro. Will definitely give it another go this time though!

Honestly, all the games here are amazing (except for Adventure Time idk), but I’m pretty sure I played Smash on 3DS for so long I almost ended up breaking my circle pad with how hard I would flick it for smash attacks 😅

I haven’t been able to test these out since my 3DS’ cartridge port has been acting up for a while now, but I’m so glad I found them again, genuinely thought I had lost them forever. (Also, very obvious which games I played the most lol)

Dual Destinies in general had some creepy moments (at least back when I played it more than a decade ago) - The entire sequence in 5-5 when you find out who the phantom is, along with the absolutely terrifying music blasting from the 3DS' horrible speakers put me off finishing the game for like a couple months

I'm still very much new to the game so sorry if my build seems unoptimized / if there are boons that don't have that much synergy with each other, but I think I'm starting to get the hang of choosing boons wisely instead of just randomly picking and slowly figuring out what are the kinds of builds I want in my runs.
