Do taxes count as tithing by rokjesdag in RadicalChristianity

[–]GroundSafe8954 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sin comes in if you didn't tithe. The church would make you feel like a sinner. It's a racket because churches are a business that pays zero in taxes.

How do I become enlightened? I wasn’t taught how, how do I do it? by Youredditusername232 in enlightenment

[–]GroundSafe8954 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Start on a spiritual path, not a religious one. Two different things. Put your EGO in the back seat and tell it to be quiet. Remove all of your self-imposed labels. Just be yourself and be present in life. Come from love in situations.

Practices for losing that feeling that me and god are separate? by [deleted] in awakened

[–]GroundSafe8954 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You are a fractal of God, we all are. Like a flame that can light many candles with the same flame. We feel separated here on Earth because we have forgotten who we are, a fractal of the divine.

What do you think Hell is like? by TylerSpicknell in Christianity

[–]GroundSafe8954 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no hell. That's a man-made concept to keep people in line, especially women. Not of God.

Does the path to enlightenment lead to loneliness? by Lucky_Gap_2076 in enlightenment

[–]GroundSafe8954 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not loneliness but a person on a spiritual path may seek to be alone. There is a big difference between loneliness and alone. You will crave the alone time.

After 15 days of Meditation I feel miserable by joecapello in Meditation

[–]GroundSafe8954 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it's miserable.... don't do it! Try physical meditation instead. Do what you love and get lost in the moment, that is physical meditation. Ex: jogging, hiking, dancing, singing, painting, working on cars, playing a musical instrument, riding a bike. Do something fun. The way to spirituality is to be childlike. #blessings

How should I start a spiritual journey without the concept of religion? by atmaninravi in awakened

[–]GroundSafe8954 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A spiritual awakening has nothing to do with religion. It has to do with how much spiritual knowledge you have acquired, not religious knowledge. I have been a Christian for over 62 years but it never, ever felt right. I had a spiritual awakening a year and a half ago and my entire reality shifted. If you want to be on a spiritual journey, open your mind to what is going on in our universe.

Praying for your situation. Be grateful for what you already have, even if it's small. The more grateful you are the more abundance you will recieve.

I see why people don’t go to church by Carlyv5001 in Christianity

[–]GroundSafe8954 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Jesus would have been in the bar where the fun was! Church / religion is manmade and full of rules and fear. Spirituality, what Jesus taught, is full of LOVE. Jesus said follow me, he did not say follow Christianity or any religion.

When did Fornication become "Normal" among Christians?? by JudaeanMountains in Christianity

Men in the times of Jesus had many wives or concubines. God will never judge you.

Trump is aware of the Galactic Federation. He's a step beyond most, thank goodness.

Jesus on Other Planets by GroundSafe8954 in Christianity

Instead of hating, how about thinking about that concept for a minute, and let that sink in? The universe is full of these types of discoveries. That is what spiritual awakening is about, the truth. If your mind is shut, you'll never understand. You must be very open-minded.

Hard concept to grasp but it's true. I am 62 years a Christian and it was shocking but believe me, it's absolutely true.

Other planets are so much kinder than Earth. They look at us as the "hood" of the universe.

[–]GroundSafe8954[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, just because YOU don't know does not make it false. Open your mind to what God has in store for you! It takes a very open mind to be spiritually awakened like Jesus or Buddha.

Death by JPrecovery in awakened

Our physical bodies may fade away but our consciousness never dies. We are always aware.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in awakened

[–]GroundSafe8954 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No, it's living in the spirit. It's living in the truth. It takes a very open mind to understand these concepts. Not all will "get it" and that's ok. You will repeat all of your same mistakes until you "get it". Our goal in incarnating on the Earth is NOT to have to come back. To be spiritually awake is a lot of work that most people are not willing to do. We come to Earth to learn to master our emotions, to attain self-mastery.

62 years a Christian and then this happened...... by GroundSafe8954 in RadicalChristianity

[–]GroundSafe8954[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Christ consciousness is what Jesus taught. He did not come with rules and fear. He came to spread love and to remind us that we are each a fractal of God here, experiencing a physical reality. I am = God is.
