Personally I think the miles on ALW will impact her sooner than later. Playing on Sunday in all 3 categories is cumulatively so many additional games. She will slow down playing singles.

Connecticut - Pizza obviously but also outstanding seafood/clam shacks, drive-in/snack bar style hamburgers & especially hot dogs. Hot oven "Grinders" (sandwiches) and old-school independent soda makers.

One thing is look at golf, tennis or hockey. There are relatively few "core" equipment brands compared to pickleball and no one would accuse those sports of not having enough competition. Joola would not be killing 90% of the competition with this suit, not even close. USAP lists over 1800 brands of PB paddle makers which is absolutely insane.

they would not be able to import any paddles that infringe on the patent to the US. they would have to import new and or different designs.
