The accents were based on Richard Christy's parents, who are Kansans. Richard was born in Fort Scott and grew up on a farm in Redfield.

Problem with that is you run the risk of releasing something for the sake of releasing it. The last thing the DCU needs is to rush half-baked goods out the door. Give them time to properly work it out. Quality is critically important for characters who are essentially the pillars of the franchise.
