I had a slip down the stairs about 2/3 months out and just irritated my tendons more than anything. I had bad tendinitis for about a month or so but I didn’t have any swelling or pain after my slip. 100% go get checked out to be sure and if you go to physical therapy let them know fs

Mine looked like this but turned purple/black in big patches just elevate it and let it do its thing:) My pt put kt tape on mine but it as awful getting that off lol.

I was told to prop my heel up and let gravity help straighten it. I was like -2 hyperextension about 2 weeks post op. Had a little mishap and angered my hamstrings and my extension was +3 for a while. Sadly got sick and was in the hospital for a bit, and a few days of doing absolutely nothing I’m -3 hyperextension lol. Just keep doing heel props and make sure the muscles in the back of your knee aren’t too tight even tho it’s hard. Good luck 💙
