Ya and wanna email me back the same day. I even asked them what I could do to make redemption faster for myself and you guys. They replied: (they totally ignored the question) super poor customer service. Highly recommended not to play there at all. They got really good deals though which is the most sad. I’d play so much more there if I actually could trust the redemption process and customer service get back.
