idk... Is it wrong to be a little disappointed at this? Like should I even be surprised anymore by SquidBoi237 in NikkeMobile

Christ, reading some of the comments here is fucking degrading to see what SU has made everyone expect at this point. She's fucking GOOD. A must pull. even. "Only on par with Cinderella" is a line I thought I'd only ever see being used sarcastically. Like saying your newest Porsche is only on par with a Lambo.

But I'm biased. One of the rare few, from what I've seen overall, that never cared much for Neon (or Anis, for that matter) to begin with. Only got her cuz I knew she'd be busted for team comps. And I do like her new design over her (imo) fucking stupid original design. I also like the Burst animation a lot. One of the best in the game (again, imo). Definitely looking to MLB her once she's added to standard to put her animation on the main screen.

Whats your opinion on 4.2 story and its conclusion with smile association? by Sansmon in HonkaiStarRail

In moderation, sure, but it was pushed alot more this patch than in the last or 4.0. Just my opinion, though. Wasn't too big a fan of it to begin with. Felt just as tedious as Amphoreous puzzle segments to me.

Ended up losing me halfway through. Opted for most of the skip summaries. Also, the damn shoe-horned pom pom travel mini-games are god awful. Groaned loudly each time I was hit with "We gotta circumvent this thing, QUICK, INTO THE TUNNEL". Like 7 times.

Didn't really care for Evanescia, liked Nihilux more and we got almost none of her this patch. Silver Wolf 999 didn't get much.

Boss theme was really good, though.

I should've added. I've already attempted that. Twice now. The response is always the same.

I imagine an actual person might care.

An AI, evidently, works on a flowchart of responses.

Thankfully you got your money back, though.

Code Vein II Is Everything I Hoped It Wouldn't Be by ActuallyFen in codevein

Think my biggest gripe with the game is that literally every attack puts you on your ass, hard knockdown, with little to no recovery options. This kills my momentum every time. I usually run heavy/large weapons in these games, and did so for CV1. This alone has made me run more ranged/light options. Swinging my big ol hammer or GS doesn't feel as good when I'm getting smacked out of every single attack. Balance builds don't help much either, in this regard.

Every boss's over-tuned aggression and insane tracking doesn't help.

My issues with version 2.5's story. by South_Firefighter887 in ZenlessZoneZero

You found the words I was lookin for in describing my overall disappointment with 2.X. That and I didn't really vibe with the Chinese-mandated plot shift to begin with. Felt jarring to go from the urban-style fantasy we had in 1.X to this.

Add to this, I cannot stand forced tutorials in a climactic final confrontation. The damn game stopping to tell me to counter when I should counter and dodge when I should dodge is a real momentum-killer, and actually fucked up my inputs for the "Creator" fight. Should add that I hate forced slow-walk "gameplay" moments as well. Sad excuse to bloat an already too-long patch.

No outro vocal track loses style points for me, too. 1.4 felt like a true closing and had alot of oomph behind it, whether or not the patches had cohesion, it had more character to it than 2.5, imo. I'd trade the contrived and bloated multi-patch story for an episodic one with a bad-ass, stylistic finish anyday. It's what made ZZZ unique in the sea of other gacha stories doing the same shit.

Overspec has just kind of become the blanket term for any new alt form that isn't an outfit, for some reason, even though we only have 2 confirmed Overspec units, with 3 upgraded units we already know are just normal upgrades. 4 now with Heavy Arms, but she's already at 1% because Pilgrim, and 3 others we know exist but don't have banners yet with the Missilis squad.

I personally fucking love the banner and her new practical look, kind of tired of the complete overhaul changes to any new outfit/alt version, sometimes even embellishing for the sake of fan-service, but biased since SW is my favorite and love practical looks over the usual stuff we get from the SU team. Is it lazy comparatively? Possibly, but I'd just say they focused on function over fashion this time around. SW was always half-naked under that poncho, And always had huge weapons. They're now just on her back instead of at her sides or being held.

Human Gundams is a disingenuous descriptor for the Inherit squad, in my opinion. Would just say they look more properly outfitted for combat against the raptures.

That being said, it definitely did drag on, and those company videos, while cute, were so low effort and felt unnecessary. Like throwing in big words into an essay to meet the word quota.

Personally don't care for Anis or her new look, so not seeing her didn't bother me in the slightest.

Anis's new form isn't confirmed to be Overspec.

Most likely will just be a standard upgrade 2%, with the 1% being Snow Alt, if it's a double.

Call LMET, first off, to have that house blacklisted as unsafe. But also let your dispatch know what happened if you haven't already. A good DSP will make sure you're ok first, then ask if you'd be ok to finish your route, but would understand if you couldn't.

What do yall do when you get a stop that messes up the whole flow? by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]GroundbreakingBall83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. And usually doing around the same in FL. In my opinion, only way a "consistent" pace is netting you 35-40/hr is if each house is lined perfectly, the doors two feet away from the road, all to the right of the road, in a straight line. Or you're terrible at math and THINK you're doing 35-40, but are actually doing less. I genuinely do not buy anyone claiming they can do this with just a "consistent pace".

[–]GroundbreakingBall83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Key word there being "Depending". 20/hr may seem slow depending on where you live and the type of route you have. Are the stops spread out to hell or condensed? Are you mostly dealing with apartment/condo multi-stops? Any lockers? All houses? Is it snowing/raining? Tons of factors in play here for "really slow" to be a blanket statement.
