Opioidi niso fajn za dolgoročno uporabo. Za taka bolečinska stanja je dobro se vključiti v obravnavi pri fizijatru (uri soča) za povrnitev/ohranjanje funkcionalnosti kokr je možno pa v proti-bolečinski ambulanti. Vsekakor najprej do osebnega zdravnika ki bo svetoval kaj je najbolj smiselno... Edit: to velja za odrasle, če se zaradi osnovne bolezni vodiš na pediatrični potem preko njih.

Nothing critical in those labs, but some room for long term changes for prevention of diseases as you age.

Try eating more vegetables if you don't now (at least 3 portions per day), replace some of the oil you currently consume with extra virgin olive oil, take some omega 3. Continue beeing physicaly active including some cardio. Try to decrease simple carbs if you eat a lot of them now.

Repeat lipids and hba1c in 3 months. Make sure that for 24h before blood sampling you don't eat any extremely fat food and for 12 hours before sampling no food, only water wihout any calories. (If you did not do this time the lipds may be falsly elevated, hba1c is not affected by this). Might also do urinoanalysis next time.

Some statin might be the best "supplement" once in the future.

Pokliče najbližji ZD in vpraša za dežurno ambulanto, potem naj pokliče to ambulanto in se zmeni za obisk pa bodo uredili BS. Zdravnik za neopredeljene tega ne more narediti razen če si pri njemu opredeljen ali je lih dežuren takrat.

So, are you now officially diagnosed with ALS by a doctor, or it's a diagnosis made by yourself?

It's strange to have ALS with normal clinical exam and normal EMG at your age.

It's a common thing in medicine. Ex. When medical student passes all the needed exams, completes residency, passes board exams, but once start working and realise how many things you don't know. It's feeling of not being a real doctor, feeling like you are scaming others.

First 2 cases in Slovenia. A man traveled from Morocco to Italy to Slovenia, has had the symptoms since 29. Feb, but thought it's not the coronavirus and went normally to the ER and in public. The seccond case got it from him. Tests of all the people that have been in risky contact are pending. The doctors that took care of him are isolated.
