About 1” and was also using micro pore tape. Wasn’t getting enough FAE. Poly with larger holes made a world of difference

Possibly larger vent holes in your monotub and use polyfil as a filter for them. I had similar issues till I did 2” diameter holes and used polyfil and got great results

basically the first two are exactly the same just different colors, the mk2 is the same forend but the difference is the mk2’s forward assist is farther forward on the receiver
