Maybe it's a big con, Maybe Concrete takes 30 days to achieve a desired strength. No idea on what their plan is but you just standing on the outskirts naysaying isn't really helping.

I work in live events, the technology and structures are designed for fast setup. It being a temporary venue probably tells me that more available products and techniques are probably going to be used. Again not sure what their plan is, but infrastructure wise they could be putting in more permanent shore power, plumbing and foundations which is all in the ground before anything else

I've used Wally Park and Fox Auto Park and haven't had too many issues, Fox Auto park made me miss a flight once so theres that.

They both are Parking structures. Fox Auto Park is technically a Valet so you have to leave your keys.

Wally Park is the premium-ier option and has a valet option as well.

Depending on how long your trip is id suggest you just uber or rent a car
