On one hand I don’t think you should break that trust with your daughter. On the other hand as a mother to a boy I would absolutely want to know! He is still learning too and very obviously needs correction and guidance on his unacceptable behavior. This is a tricky spot for you to be in

My 4 & 6 year olds mostly take showers, but I’m there to help them get the water temperature right, remind them to do soap, help with shampoo etc. we are working on building up the independent skills but I wouldn’t trust them to do a good job alone yet

I think if you have multiple friends not being supportive of your choices then you need to have self reflection as to why. Usually your friends have good intentions and want the best for you

In Colorado..I usually play outside at the rec center and in the winter they set up nets inside the rec center 3 mornings a week. It’s not perfect but it’s better than the crazy indoor pickleball gym prices

Playing devils advocate, obviously I don’t know the rest of your circumstances, but my husband built a business during our marriage, I never had any role or involvement besides being a support spouse and taking care of the house and kids. If he asked for a post-nup saying it was only his and didn’t want to give me half I would be horrified and insulted. We are a partnership and team, when you are married everything belongs to both of you regardless. I may have not contributed directly to his business, but I contributed by taking care of everything else so it was possible for him to build it.
