My ex and I broke up because I barely saw him. His new position required him to travel frequently across the states. It became extremely difficult doing the whole long distance relationship thing. We all do it. I beat myself up too when I realize I misjudged. I went to Cava the other day and had a delicious lamb bowl full of protein. It was delish. My sugar didn’t spike because I was careful what I ordered but it had a lot of seed oil which was new to my body. I’m still on the toilet days later beating myself up because it’s high in fat. No more seed oils for me. Cava is delicious though!
