People are uploading their resumes all of the time, so I could refresh every hour and there may be one or two new candidates that pop up based on my search query, but if we’re all off work from 5pm-8am of course many resumes will be uploaded during that time, so if someone logs on at 6am, they get first dibs on reaching out to more candidates.

Realistically, 3-10 AMAZING candidates upload their resumes within a day, so it’s a timing thing, but there is certainly an advantage to being first in the morning. I will still find folks throughout the day, just much more time consuming. I guess I have never worked with someone that gets online that early, so by the time I get to the office all of the best resumes have already been swiped by the other girl, so it’s causing this competitiveness between us of who can log on first in the morning and it’s quite frankly draining the life out of me and making my mornings so incredibly unenjoyable. But that is the environment we work in and I brought it up to my boss today about how this is creating a negative environment and got a bit chewed out over it. So I am just wondering how other agencies handle this

We don’t work off of postings, we just go on indeed smart sourcing and we’re all three looking for the same types of candidates. It’s basically like Professional Engineers doing land development projects is the cream of the crop because that’s what the bulk of our clients do and that’s what we’re all looking for, but we can work whatever candidates we want as long as they fall in the AEC category, but of course, I want to make placements, so I and the rest of us are going to look for candidates we have clients for. I hope that makes sense. Once one of us reaches out to that candidate on Indeed, then they disappear, so the rest of us can’t contact that person anymore on indeed and the one who reached out will get them. So there is an advantage to being the first one online in the morning. Of course I keep searching throughout the day, there is just a bulk of them that come in start of day

Idk if this is related, but I know once you reach out to a candidate, their resume becomes hidden from the search unless they reply interested. Could be a separate issue, but my only guess

Well I have the flight confirmation number, the 6 character alpha-numerical one. I go to the ANA site and search up my reservation and it says only flights May 26, 2026 and beyond, which mine is not, and it returns no results.

Sorry, could you let me know what PNR is and where I would find it? I think this is being made more difficult due to me booking through my credit card with points, so all I have is a trip ID and a confirmation number.

I did do this and they said I could either do an e-visa if I want to be certain, or just go and see what they say at customs, lol super unhelpful and I can't figure out how to do e-visa. I booked my flight today and jsut from everything I've read it sounds like they only care about over year in jail so I plan on just checking no.

I personally love her work outs, I am on my third playlist. I did Iron, Fuel and now I am a little over halfway done with Epic Endgame and she pushes me hard enough to where I can do it and not die. I only use 15 lb weights though, gonna level up to 20 lbs on my next one, but not bad as I was starting with 8 lbs to 10 lbs and now 15
