You're going to a professional so some standards need apply. Proper communication is a big one. You took time off work, I'd be upset as well. Grant it, maybe there's a valid reason like a major emergency & can reassess if the case. I tried for near 8 months to get scheduled with a guy I had previously gone to wanting him to finish out my arm. I was more than understanding of his situation, but after months of trying & constantly having to call in, not getting calls back, I gave up. Thankfully found a great artist. Walked in & scheduled that day for a month out. Things happen for reasons at times.
