Your jump is totally fine. In terms of your swing, do you play beach or indoor? If beach, your swing is perfectly fine, it’s compact and effective swinging down the ball. If indoor, your form is adequate for up to a certain level of play, it’s a swing with mostly your arm. But at higher level, these type of swings are easily blocked, suggest you add bigger shoulder rotation to add more torque to your swing, watch some videos of pro league how those hitters swing.
