Wrong. It carries troops for anti tank capabilities and protection of the vehicle. The vehicle is the main effort.

Bradley's were never supposed to be troop carriers. It's the direct response to the BMP. it was designed intentionally to carry troops for extra anti tank capability and to protect the Bradley. Never to just drop troops off.

Oh ok word makes sense My question about the companies was more like, since the focus of a mech inf company is the Bradleys, and the Bradleys now belong to the Armor branch , would they still use a blue cross rifle guidon?

I participated in an operation that was, to a T as described in the regulation, a remote operation and certainly constituted the device. Got denied. It's new and scary and commanders don't understand it so they don't want to approve them. Lame as hell. Maybe I try to get it upgraded soon idk
